Best of all....SAVE TIME! Student File Template: In this data file you'll build student records such as grades, attendance, uniforms and equipment checked out and fund raising efforts. As with all Music Office data files, simply add any fields you want. Need parent information? Student classification? Age? Just plug it in. Music Library File Template: In this data file, store all of the music parts contained in your library. Categorize them as you wish. Enter in the description of the pieces and parts that are missing. Most of the same functions and features contained in the Music Office System are also contained in the Music Administrator.
