Rotatable and Moveable Props Issue

I'm running into an issue when using the rotatable props and movable props simultaneously. The issue is that on the perspective view, the prop moves correctly with relationship to the performer. However, in the drill window, the prop I want to move has moved the correct distance, but not at the same angle as the performer from the point of origin.
