Push Tool changing performer order

When I attempt to use the push tool, the order of the performers gets "flipped" or out of order. This usually does not happen when I use this tool but all of the sudden it is a problem.

How do I deal with this so it doesn't keep happening?

Now after restarting Pyware 3D this problem is no longer occurring
