Pyware Demo for Windows not installing

We have recently had a slew of calls and emails regarding the Pyware 3D Demo for Windows not running or installing once downloaded. After some research, we have found that some versions of Internet Explorer are attempting to save the .exe (executable file) as an .install file type. This seems to be an isolated issue with Internet Explorer.

If you are experiencing the above, you could try one of two things:

1) If available, download the 3D Demo using a different web browser, such as Firefox or Chrome, or

2) Add a ".exe" to the end of the Demo you have downloaded. This is done by right-clicking on the file, and choosing "Rename." Once the file extension has changed to an executable file (.exe), you will then be able to run and install the Pyware Demo properly.
