Remove a Computer Session from a Pyware Account

To remove the Pyware software from a computer and the portal you need to be logged into the Pyware Portal Dashboard and be an Administrator or Authorized user to a Pyware License account.

1) Expand the Accounts section in the Navigation Panel on the left.
2) Expand the desired account to add the new user to.
3) Click 3D Basic or 3D Professional, depending on the license you are a part of.

4) At the bottom of the license management page is a list of the active computers on the account license.
5) Click the Yes icon under the active column to deactivate the computer from the account.

*The computer list for the license shows the Username, User email, Computer Nickname, Session Start, Session Last Access, and Session Type. This gives you enough information to help identify the correct computer’s session to remove.
