Coordinate Sheet Manipulation

As a band director and drill writer I think it would be helpful if I could manipulate how the directors coordinate sheets were printed. In terms of how many pages. For instance I would like to be able to fit all the coordinates for the entire ensemble for each page of drill on one sheet. Even if it meant I had to shrink down the font to do so. This way I could look at the drill and reference to the coordinate sheet to confirm the drill spots.

Can we include a way to click and choose what info we want displayed on those coordinate sheets?
